P values reported are for test of differences.

CIs for VAS and NRS pain scores were estimated from a linear mixed model of pain scores over time controlling for preoperative VAS pain scores. All p values were Bonferroni adjusted for multiple pairwise comparisons.

Distribution free CIs for the median were determined using the Hahn and Meeker approach.27

LPB, lumbar plexus block; NRS, Numeric Rating Scale; PACU, postoperative anesthesia care unit; QLB, quadratus lumborum block; VAS, Visual Analog Scale.
