The axon length of the samples was measured after 24 h of treatment with drugs. 1000 cells were cultured on the PDL/laminin-coated glass-bottom 96-well plates for 24 h followed by designated drug treatment for another 24 h before staining. 50 cells from each well in triplicate samples for each group were used for the axon length measurement. The number that comes along with the drug represents the concentration of the respective drug in nanomoles (nM).
