anti-CD63-coated beads were used to analyze the presence of specific proteins on the surface of EVs isolated from culture media. All tumor cell line-derived EV preparations tested positive for EMMPRIN (first column left). With the exception of ICAM-2, each specific molecule was detectable on EVs in at least two cell lines. Expression or non-expression of the protein are reported with a “+” or a “–”, respectively (N.T.: not tested).
