Mechanism modulated in SH-SY5Y cells differentiated with RA after Δ⁸-THC treatment. The figure represents how the different synapses are influenced by Δ⁸-THC treatment and the genes that take place. The red genes are upregulated; the green genes are downregulated. The results of transcriptomic analysis suggest that Δ⁸-THC influenced the Glutamatergic synapse more than others synapse types.
