Positive growth percentages indicate cytostatic activity, while negative percentages imply cytotoxicity. The best results are highlighted in red. ND – Not Determined. GI50 values correspond to the drug concentration needed to prevent 50% cell growth. TGI (Total Growth Inhibition) values correspond to the concentrations needed to prevent complete cell growth. LC50 values are a measure of cytotoxicity, corresponding to the minimum concentrations needed to kill 50% of the target cells.
