(A). Four chemotypes were determined for the most promising compounds found by 3D HTS with Scripps (>150K) and Maybridge (14.5K) libraries. Data represent 10-point 3-fold serial dilutions starting at 5μM nominal concentration. (n=3 for each concentration tested). Error bars are included and shown in SD. (B). Follow up assays performed for these compounds showed very similar CC50s between the primary and the follow up assays for some of the most promising and selective compounds identified in the HTS campaigns. All data is reported in micromolar concentration.
