(B) The hormone bound state expemplified by the co-structure in the Y orientation. (C) Phosphorylation of PIP(4,5)P2 to PI(3,4,5)P3 for which the PRLR has no affinity may lead to downregulation and/or termination of signaling. The color scheme of the proteins is identical to Figure 4.
