Minimum wage was converted to 2011 constant US dollar values and adjusted for purchasing power parity. Time was centred at 2013; thus, the OR associated with minimum wage is interpreted as the effect of a $10 increase in minimum wage at the study endpoint. Significant results are shown in bold font.
