Patellar maltracking seen in a 39-year-old man at physical examination. Axial (A, B) and sagittal (C, D) T2-weighted single-shot fast spin-echo MR images were obtained with quadriceps contraction (A, C) and without quadriceps contraction during a routine static acquisition at rest (B, D).
