Methods	Open‐label RCT. Parallel assignment. Location: 2 centres in Argentina. Duration: 24 weeks.
Participants	27 children aged 3 to 6 years with CF. 21 completed trial.
Interventions	Intervention 1: HS 7% nebulised 2x daily. Control: IS 0.9%, nebulised 2x daily. Salbutamol given prior to each dose.
Outcomes	Primary outcome Lung function Secondary outcomes Respiratory symptoms Anthropometric measures New isolation of Pseudomonas aeruginosa Rate of exacerbations AEs Adherence
