Exosomes induced phosphorylation of ERK1/2 in human macrophages. Human macrophages were stimulated with or without 25 μg/mL exosomes for the time interval indicated. The phosphorylation of ERK1/2 in macrophages were measured by Western blot (A) and quantification of ERK1/2 (B) was performed by densitometric analysis. Membranes were stripped and reprobed for total ERK 1/2. Data are expressed as the mean ± standard deviation by a one‐way analysis of variance.
