Effect of wild-type GKLF and truncated GKLF-1580, -1680 and -1780 on pCD1-963 Luc promoter activity. L293 cells were transfected with 1 µg/well of pCD1-963 Luc, 0.05 µg/well pCMV β-Gal and 0.01 µg/well wild-type or truncated GKLF DNA.
