P value calculated using longitudinal linear mixed models (for the categorical measures) and robust Poisson generalized linear model extensions (for binary measures) utilizing a GEE (generalized estimating equation extensions) approach with a robust variance estimator to adjust for clusters and correlation within participants across the longitudinal measures.
