Autophagy inhibitor CQ enhances the antileukaemic effect of birinapant in vivo in C1498‐transplanted model. (A) C57BL/6 mice were injected intravenously with 1 × 10⁶ C1498 cells to establish orthotopic AML xenograft model (N = 16 mice per group). The Kaplan–Meier analysis with a Log‐rank test showed that combined treatment with birinapant and CQ had a longer survival than another three group.
