| Part 1A: Intervention- First Impressions of Family Navigation |
|
Intent: The intent of this section is to hear about parents’ first impressions of family navigation. This may include information about their expectations or feelings regarding their navigator. Keep in mind that while some parents may not remember specifically their first interaction with their navigator, we still are interested in their general feelings and perceptions at the beginning of the process. “Please start by telling me a bit about your first experiences with your Family Navigator.” |
