For each factor, we present the model estimate, both the logit-transformed as well as the back-transformed, the 95% CI around the estimates, the Z statistic derived from Wald tests and the relative importance of that variable in the final model. The R2m of the full model was 0.31 and the conditional R2c was 0.76. The estimated variance and the standard deviation (SD) explained by the random effects is shown in the last two columns.
