(A,C) Supernatant/pellet fractionation for detecting sequestration of endogenous AR (A) and Atx3 (C) by Htt 100Q-N552. HEK 293T cells were transfected with empty vector, FLAG-Htt 18Q-N552 or FLAG-Htt 100Q-N552. Approximately 48 h after transfection, the cell lysates were subject to supernatant/pellet fractionation and then to western blot analysis with an anti-FLAG, anti-AR or anti-Atx3 antibody.
