ATM phosphorylation promotes tolerance of OS cells to irradiation

(A) CCK-8 assays showed that ATM, but not ATM-mut, promoted cell survival under conditions of 4 Gy irradiation. (B) Apoptosis assays revealed that if ATM couldn’t be phosphorylated and activated, it wouldn’t prevent OS cells apoptosis under irradiation. (C) Clonogenic assay demonstrated that compared with ATM overexpression, ATM-mut couldn’t rescue the clone formation ability of OS cells. Empty vector vs shATM ( ATM knockdown), ** P<0.01; ## P<0.01. CCK-8, clonogenic and apoptosis assays were repeated three times.
