FBXO32/ATR/ATM/EXO1 axis induces OS cells to anti-radiotherapy

Activated ATM blocks the degradation of EXO1 and enhances EXO1 recruitment. On the other hand, when EXO1 generates single-stranded DNA via a process called DNA end resection, ATR expression is activated to promote EXO1 degradation and prevent excessive EXO1 activity.
