Comparative genome analysis of Escherichia phage SKA64 using VIRIDIC software (http://rhea.icbm.uni-oldenburg.de/VIRIDIC/) as per ICTV recommendations. The heatmap generated indicates the relationship of SKA64 with its close homologs in BLASTn and gives an accurate estimation of genomic similarity between phages.
