CVM-1118 induced cell cycle arrest at G₂/M in HT29 cells. Dose-response of CVM-1118 in HT-29 cell cycle profile after 48 h treatment. Fluorescence signals of propidium iodide (FL3-A) of single cells were attributed to cell cycle phases and converted into percentage of the whole population of single cells (100%).
