Posterior interval estimates from Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) draw from bayesian generalized linear mixed effects models for prediction of any metastasis from standardized protein markers and their interactions, stratified by architecture; predictors were derived from mixed effects machine learning models and subselected using Horseshoe Least Absolute Shrinkage and Selection Operator (LASSO) before unpenalized statistical testing.
