Comparisons of potentially significant molecular alterations observed in the paired clinical tumor tissue samples and the PDX models. In addition to the paired resected brain metastases and PDX samples, the molecular alterations observed in other disease sites (primary and distant metastases) are listed when the archived samples were available for sequencing.
