Scheme 1 — Schematic illustration of the synthesis process and therapeutic effects of Cu/PMCS. Cu/PMCS exhibits augmented photothermal effect due to the strong spin‐orbit coupling and localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) effect. The increased temperature and LSPR further enhance the catalytic activity in the Fenton‐like reaction and glutathione depletion capacity of Cu/PMCS. Therefore, Cu/PMCS performs better synergistic anti‐melanoma effects. Cu/PMCS is also effective in promoting the healing of infected wounds.
