Differences within and between groups were evaluated by One-way ANOVA followed by Dunnett’s test compared with the positive controls (propyl gallate in β-Carotene Bleaching Test (IC50 values of 0.09 ± 0.01 µg/mL) at both incubation times) and butylhydroxytoluene in FRAP test (FRAP value 62.27 ± 4.29 μM Fe (II)/g) (**** p < 0.0001).
