A principal component analysis applied to the different treatments (Broc-Control, Broc-Tomato, Broc-Tom + KMnO4, Broc-Tom + KMnO4 + UV-C, Broc-Tom + KMnO4 + UV-C + TiO2). Two principal components (PC1 and PC2) resulted in a model that explained 82.97% of the total variance. Number of replicates n = 5.
