Combination of VPA, DTIC and BMN673 reduced the growth of human melanoma in immunodeficient mice. NAG mice were injected s.c. with DMBC11 melanoma cells followed by treatment with BMN673 (35 mg/kg twice a day), DTIC (8 mg/kg every second day), or BMN673 + DTIC.
