(A) Human MSCs attach, but do not spread (blue arrowheads) when grown on ridged OPF+ sheets, whereas the rat Schwann cells (B) attach and spread along the ridges (raised portions of the polymer are indicated by a white arrow). This is not observed on glass coverslips where hMSCs (C) and Schwann cells (D) spread into their stereotypical morphologies.
