Mean predicted values were calculated by inclusion of independent associations of clinical biomarkers with the diagnosis of CAA, i.e. age, prior lobar ICH, prior ischaemic stroke, gait disturbance and transient focal neurological episodes. Patients are colour-coded based on the underlying pathological condition and the assay used.
