The percentage decrease in growth was calculated for each strain by comparing the growth (mm) obtained on the plates with essential oils (EOs) to the growth (mm) in the control plates. For example, if the treated sample shows no reduction compared to the control, the value is 0%, and vice versa. 100% is fully inhibited. Growth data are available in Table S3.
