Diameters are compared to the reference value of the standard (102.2 ± 4.2 nm) with a one-sample Student’s t-test, leading to the collected P0 values that indicate the probability of differences being due to random errors (P0 values below 0.05 indicate that results are significantly different). Uncertainties are expressed as standard deviations (n = 3).
