Serosurveys of California seogroup viruses (CSGV) across Canada. When available, the identity of specific CSG viruses, responsible for infection, identified with neutralization tests (PRNT), have been listed under the overall seroprevalence. Human serosurveys have been completed in New Brunswick [25] and Nova Scotia [51]. Serosurveys in animals across Canada includes snowshoe hares, bovines, sheep, horses [76,93], ground squirrels [76], white-tailed deer [51], moose [94], polar bears, Arctic fox, red fox, and caribou [91]. Locations indicate the province/territory where sampling was completed, bearing in mind that some animals undergo long distance movements across borders. Created with BioRender.com.
