(a) Subclustering of neurons expressing a glycine-gated chloride channel (dd_Smed_v4_11342_0_1) shows that smedwi-1 (dd_Smed_v4_659_0_1) and kcc (dd_Smed_v4_4389_0_1) are expressed in distinct clusters. This expression pattern is observed in all neuronal populations that express any of the ligand-gated chloride channel homologs.
