Neurological scores from day 1 to day 5 after HI insult. From day 2 to day 5, the NS was significantly higher in the H₂ and TH-H₂ groups compared with the NT group. From day 3, the NS of the TH group was also significantly higher than that of the NT group (p < 0.05 versus NT). All piglets in the H₂ group reached the full score of 18 at day 5 after the insult (long dashed line, NT; solid line, H₂; dotted line, TH; and dot-dash line, H₂-TH). The values are expressed as the median (interquartile range).
