SFRPs expression is altered in human AAA.SFRP1 (A), SFRP2 (B), SFRP3 (C), SFRP4 (D) and SFRP5 (E) mRNA levels were analyzed by real-time PCR in abdominal aorta samples from healthy donors and patients with AAA (Donors, n= 9; AAA, n= 48).
