aSynaptic protein levels from the PSD fraction of parietotemporal cortex of Shank3Δex4-9-3xTg-AD mice were measured by WB. Data were normalized with PSD95 and are mean ± SD followed by the sample size of each group. GAP-43, Growth-associated protein 43; SNAP-25, synaptosomal-associated protein 25 kDa; PSD-95, PSD protein 95.
