(a). Percent wild-type N2, glp-1(e2141), fem-3(e1996) and mog-3(q74) worms with nuclear DAF-16::GFP at 8 different stages of their lives, including two larval stages (L3 and L4), two reproductive stages (day 1 and 3 of adulthood, 1 DA and 3 DA), and four post-reproductive stages (5 DA, 7 DA, 9 DA, 12 DA).

(b) GST-4::GFP signal intensity in wild-type N2 treated with the indicated RNAi at 8 different stages of their lives as described previously. At each time point, two replicates of each genotype were scored with at least 50 worms per replicate. These experiments were performed at 25°C.
