Resultant time course data of ascorbic acid reduction of spin-labeled HeLa cells with Ac₄ManAz (1), Ac₄GlcNAz (2) or 9-Az-Sialic acid (3) and DBCO-SL and evaluated by both the intensities of the ${\mathrm{h}}_1$ and ${\mathrm{h}}_0$ transitions. Values of ${\mathrm{h}}_1$ and ${\mathrm{h}}_0$ at $\mathrm{t}=0$ were acquired prior to addition of ascorbic acid and were set to 100% after scaling for dilution required by adding ascorbic acid to cells for additional time step measurements. All other intensities were scaled accordingly.
