Progression-free survival (PFS) (a) and overall survival (OS) (b) according to time of MM diagnosis: 1996–2005 (n = 71), 2006–2010 (n = 125), 2011–2015 (n = 191) and 2016–2019 (n = 153). There was no significant difference in median PFS between the four cohorts (39 vs 36 vs 39 vs 43 months). While no improvement was seen in the median OS during the first three cohorts, the survival of the patients treated within the last four years was significantly better (p < 0.01)
