MicroRNA (miR)‐29b‐containing small extracellular vesicles (Exo‐miR‐29b) suppresses the attachment of gastric cancer cells to human omentum tissue‐derived mesothelial cells (HPMCs) stimulated with transforming growth factor‐β1 (TGF‐β1). HPMCs were cultured then fluorescein‐labeled NUGC‐4 (A) and MKN‐45 (B) cells were added and incubated for 15 min on the mesothelial cell monolayer. After gentle washing three times with warmed media, the number of NUGC‐4 cells remaining attached were counted under a fluorescence microscope.
