In (b), a torque wrench is coupled via a standard socket to the hexagonal stud. The high-voltage connector is mounted to the body of the dDAC by a connector holder. A short-circuit connector with a 10 kΩ discharge resistor is connected during transport and storage to avoid unwanted build-up of charge.
