LncRNA SNHG20 functions as a sponge of miR-5095 in HCC cells. A: miRDB program identified the location of the probable binding site between LncRNA SNHG20 and miR-5059. To overexpress miR-5059, Huh-7, and HepG2 cells were transfected with miR-5059 mimics. NC mimics acted as the negative control of miR-5059 mimics. The direct binding connection between LncRNA SNHG20 and miR-5059 was verified.
