LncRNA SNHG20 knockdown inhibited tumor growth. For LncRNA SNHG20 knockdown, Huh-7 cells were transfected with sh-LncRNA SNHG20, with sh-NC acting as the negative control. After that, BALB/C nude mice were injected subcutaneously with LncRNA SNHG20 knockdown-Huh-7 cells to collect tumor information (n=7, 0-21 days). A: Tumor phenotypic statistics (21 days); B: Tumor volume (0-21 days); C: Tumor weight (21 days).
