Non-Pharmacological Interventions for Delirium

Evidence Recommendation
The use of physical restraints, indwelling catheters, and intravenous injections should be minimized in patients in the process of dying who experience delirium, and non-pharmacological interventions, such as an adequate explanation of any treatments and self-care, are recommended. B I
