To obtain nanocapsules, 0.55 g of oil phase was dispersed in 1.955 g of water phase, followed by the sonication for 2 min. Further, still under probe sonication, the entire volume (0.5 ml) of aqueous CaCl 2 solution (0.7 mg/ml) was instantaneously injected and the ultrasonication process was further continued for another 3 min. Mean ± standard deviation, n = 3.
