Agreement between an experimental and calculated rare 3D structure motif despite local rigid body displacement of a loop. Superposition of part of the T1090 (chromatin remodeling protein Ssr4 N-terminal domain) crystal (green) and AF2 (sky blue) structures, showing an uncommon β-turn il (residues 111 to 114) that is present in both the crystal and calculated structures despite the ~3 Å hinge-like shift of the β-hairpin in the model relative to the crystal structure. The superposition included the entire molecule. There are no crystal contacts in the vicinity of the loop, and its lack of contacts with the rest of the protein suggests a shallow and broad energy minimum.
