Adipokine array analysis of ascites from mice on low fat diet (LFD) or high fat diet (HFD). A Proteome Profiler Mouse Adipokine Array was used to profile the expression of adipokines in ascites (n = 3 individuals per cohort, duplicate samples). Samples were normalized for protein content and analyzed according to manufacturer’s specifications. Array results were detected with an Image Quant LAS 4000 and quantified using ImageQuant™ TL software. Data are reported using the arbitrary unit of “volume” that incorporates the signal area and signal intensity
