aIn the evening report, participants first rated how stressed they felt by the predefined situation that day on a scale from 0 to 10. They then specified the following with a slider (0% to 100%): (1) to what extent they enacted the predefined unwanted action, (2) to what extent they enacted the predefined valued action, (3) the intensity of the emotion, and (4) the strength of the struggle with the emotion.
