(B) (H&E, 10×) The epithelial lining is flat and bland, while the pericystic stroma has foci with higher cellularity. Stromal cells are spindled and bland. These foci can be focal and hard to find. (C) (Estrogen Receptor, 40×) Immunohistochemistry for estrogen receptors is positive in stromal cells. They are also reactive for progesterone receptors and inhibin.
