BiKE treatment in GBM6 spheroids increased tumor cell killing via immunofluorescent detection of cleaved caspase-3 staining with PBMC-derived NK cells. GBM6 spheroids were co-cultured for 24 h with either PBMC-derived NK cells alone or treated with 10 μg of BiKE. (A) Representative images from left to the right demonstrate markers for DAPI shown in blue, cleaved caspase-3 shown in red, and respectfully merged DAPI and cleaved caspase-3.
