BiKE treatment in GBM6 spheroids increased tumor cell killing via immunofluorescent detection of cleaved caspase-3 staining with PBMC-derived NK cells. GBM6 spheroids were co-cultured for 24 h with either PBMC-derived NK cells alone or treated with 10 μg of BiKE.
